Ir. Mohamad Fairul Rafiq ​Ismail
Managing Director
Graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (Bioprocess).

A Competent Gas Engineer (JG) certified by the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) and a Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).

Extensive experience in onshore gas pipeline projects and gas metering stations since 2003. This includes 3 years in brownfield offshore topside maintenance with ExxonMobil and 4 years as part of the PETRONAS Project Management Team (PMT) developing oil and gas terminals, gas metering stations, subsea pipelines, and cross-country onshore pipelines in East Malaysia.

Highly skilled in the EPCC of onshore distribution gas pipelines, particularly in congested urban areas. Expertise covers Hot Tapping, Line Stopping, decommissioning, and live gas pipeline maintenance. Furthermore, the expertise extends to the design of fuel gas systems in strict accordance with the Petroleum (Safety Measures) Act 1984 and the Gas Supply Act 1993

Solihin Azhar Solahuddin
General Manager
Graduated from University Technology Malaysia (UTM) in Diploma Mechanical Engineering - Gas Technology.

A Gas Fitter I (JGGI) certified by the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga), Certified Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.1) and Certified Radiographic Interpreter (CSWIP 3.4).

Career started as a QC Supervisor in 2005. Extensive hands-on experience in various oil and gas construction projects, including pipelines, piping, metering, structural works, storage tanks, and mechanical, civil, and structural engineering. Highly proficient in the implementation of industry standards, including API 1104, ASME BPV Code (Sections II, V, IX), ASME B31.3, B31.8, B31.4, AWS D1.1, API 650, 653, 6D, 598, ASTM, MPDS (EMEPMI), and PTS (PETRONAS).

Last PETRONAS assignment was to manage QAQC  for Gas Pipelines Project in Iraq before become full time with OOSB in 2019.
